We have seen that the Rib, taken from Adam, becomes the “flesh and bones” of the woman, and by figure, the Bride. Paul taught this in Ephesians. To be “in Christ”, to be “members of His body” becomes synonymous with the Rib bone taken from the Second Adam’s side. 75. Enmity
“I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed;
he shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel.”
God has decreed enmity between the woman and the Devil. Why? Because the woman is the figure of the Bride of Christ, the one who will reign with Him in the days of God’s Kingdom.
